Former "Top Model" and "Celebrity Fit Club" contestant Tocarra was spotted in her jeans and polka dotted blouse shopping at Herve Leger and Wolford yesterday in L.A. And she has her ridiculously cute tiny pup in tow.
Toccara, who turns 31 next month, made a few guest appearances on TBS’ "Are We There Yet?" last season. And she also hit the red carpet of the ESSENCE Black Women In Music event last night. Our only question is…does this chick have a sponsor? We’re not mad though. Do you boo.
